Roasted Veggies

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus or broccoli or cauliflower or string beans
  • FIORE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • FIORE Traditional 18 Year Aged Balsamic
Trim ends off of vegetables and lay out in single layer on flat baking sheet.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees and when ready to cook, drizzle olive oil over vegetables to coat.  Drizzle less than half of that amount of balsamic vinegar over the vegetables.  Roast in oven 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
