Flavored Olive Oils
Flavored oils in this category are either fused (Agrumato method) or infused. Our Blood Orange, Meyer Lemon and Baklouti Olive Oils and others, where indicated, are produced in the Agrumato method through which the whole fruit or pepper is crushed at the same time as the olives. Infusions, using essential oils of the herbs, are performed just after decanting to ensure long-lasting flavor while maintaining the nutritional balance of the base EVOO. Our flavored oils will rotate every six months utilizing the freshest EVOO from that particular harvest.
