Lime Swordfish Steaks

  • Swordfish steaks for 2 (1 to 1-1/2" thick)
  • FIORE Persian Lime Olive Oil
  • FIORE Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Place swordfish in ziplock bag (or flat-bottomed plastic container) and drizzle olive oil to coat. Turn swordfish and coat second side. Cover container/seal bag and marinate in refrigerate minimum of 2 hours, turning occasionally to ensure both sides get marinade.

Light grill - cook swordfish 5 minutes per side. Do not overcook or overturn. Before serving, drizzle with Blackberry Ginger Balsamic.
